        We received the dress the other day and my daughter cried. It looks NOTHING like it does in the picture and the whole process was a nightmare!! She refuses to wear the dress now I\'m stuck and out over $100.00. We were not told that it had to be hand made and shipped from China or we never would have ordered it. I will say this though, for not having a phone number to get a hold of your company, your emails came very promptly and the dress was shipped quickly after I complained.

        I love this dress and am considering it for my wedding but I wonder if it could be made floor length for me.
