Where does the trim color show on the dress?

OMG recieved the dress last nite 10 days after ordering it, and I am so impressed. What a find, I have tried on dozens of wedding gowns but could not justify spending 1500 to 2000 dollars on one, but as all brides I wanted to look amazing. I recieved my gown and I could not have wanted anything more. It was amazing, heavy with all the details in the pic. That gown was better than any in the bridle shops around. Believe me you will be happy you did. I also ordered a petticoat which was good quality, havent decided if I need to wear it. love it all....

The dress is so much nicer in person. Having a garden wedding in march and this is perfect. Ordered it in custom size in ivory color. I had a few ordering issues but once those where resolved it took a total of 9 days to get to my door. This dress is not underwhelming, I was afraid it wouldn\'t have a big enough impact for a wedding, I cant say perfect enough about it. Not sure how to upload pics but I will try.

I got married this september in this wedding dress. I have to say that I ordered the dress quite late and didn\'t really think that it would arrive on time for my wedding. But, not only did the dress arrive on time it arrived sooner than I expected but it was also a perfect fit, which supprised us all. I planned to take the dress to the tailor to make final adjustments, but it was really not necessary, since it allready was \\\"tailor made\\\". Also, I must say, I didn\'t expect material to be of such good quallity. I danced all night in that dress and felt perfectly free and spontaneus, which was wery important to me.
In the shipping proces, I was informed in details on the location of the dress, by simple click of the mouse. When the dress had arrived at my country\'s border, I was asked to pay the custom, so I wanted to check with the mnbuy if this is correct. I used customer chat and customer service to obtain an answer, and in both situations the feedback was extremely quick and efficient. Even my mum, who was very suspicuous, allmoust desperate because of my decision to order a wedding dress via internet, now proudly displays photos and \\\"teaches\\\" her friends about internet shopping. love this dress ! its perfect for my out door park wedding ... there are a few things to be awar of tho. one is theres nothing to buslet the train up with, so my grandmothers puting some ribbon on the train so i can at least hook it on my wrist so noones steping on it all day. two my dress did not have the buttons on the back like in the pic. other then that I LOVE my dress and cant wait to wear it on aug 15th 09 !!! i have told everyone about this site ... its great !!~!!!

I just recieved this dress a few weeks ago and it is very pretty.
Its very much Princess-like.
I ordered it in pink and it is just beautiful!
The model does not do it any justice!
The train is huuuuuge!
The only problem is that I didnt order it customized to fit my body type so now I must have a corset put in.
So I would advise if you dont want to have your dress altered that you get your measurements taken and order it that way.

I am 5\'1\\\" and I ordered this dress with custom sizing. The dress is gorgeous and aside from needing the straps shortened and maybe a little taken in around the bust since I did overestimate my sizing by a couple inches to consider the winter weight and wedding is not until June 2011.

I bought this dress have to say that it is indee a very nice dress. It is not silk but I consider that the final result doesnt look cheap at all. The details are nice and woudl go very good with a slimmy body, take in consideration it?s a mermaid type dress. Also, big breasts might not look good because of the cleavage, but that is just my recommendation.
One spe?ecial situation is that the thights area is very tight indeed as others have commented here, I couldn?t sit or walk with it and doesnt look at all as in the model of course, therefor I sent it back and they have offered to do another one with the meassurements I sent a little bit more detailed ones than the offer. Because of the embroidery I didnt want to altered it myself or to give it to any other tailor here in the country. Of course all these are the risks of buying a dress on line!
I?ll wait for the final result and hopefully in about a month I will get it back! I?ll sent pictures when I get it!

Does any one have any front view pictures of this dress? Its hard to see from the pictures how much it flares out and i would like quite a fitted dress.

I ordered two dresses for my wedding and this one wasn\'t my favorite. I ordered it in white and it was BRIGHT WHITE - I think it would have looked more expensive in one of the other colors. The other dress I ordered was in ivory and I liked it WAY better. I didn\'t end up wearing this dress - I just didn\'t like it in real life on my body! I probably would have given this dress two or three stars except that someone from work LOVED it - I gave it to her and she had it dyed pale lavender to wear in a vow renewal ceremony. Since she was so happy with it she would say 5 stars I upped my overall review to four stars.

The actual assembly or \\\"seamstress work\\\" was very good - no complaints there. Couple of notes about the ordering process/sizing: I paid extra to have this dress made to my measurements in the hopes of avoiding alterations upon receipt. The dress was still a little too loose and needed to be taken in some though, especially through waist and hips. I think that they do this on purpose because it was easily altered and it is way better to get a dress that needs to be taken in rather than one that is too small. I think it takes longer to have it custom made to your measurements but if you have the time and can afford the extra cost I think I would recommend it because the alterations were so easy to have done. There definitely wasn\'t a full overhaul needed which sometimes seems the case with off the rack dresses. I was cutting it close on the timeline and the customer service from mnbuy was OUTSTANDING! I didn\'t get emails daily or weekly but they did keep me posted on progress and when I started to get worried about the timing they responded quickly overnight to every inquiry and went out of their way to double check that I had selected the fastest shipping, etc. Their English isn\'t perfect but they are super nice and responsive. I ordered it on March 20, it shipped on April 23 and was at my door on April 27 with expedited shipping. Also, the dresses do come squashed in a box but they are fine once steamed.

I recieved my custom made dress in less than 3 weeks time. It is stunning. I have to say i was very nervous about this but I was at the end of the day willing to take a risk to get such a beautiful dress. It paid off. I have had a wonderful experience with these people. Yes I see little communications quirks here and there but nothing major. They do know what they are doing and they are evidently trying to do the right thing. I worked in the garment industry many years and have had a lot of business with the Chinese and been there many times. I think this plan is genious. Good job MNBUY. I can\'t wait until my wedding day and my fiance sees me in this beautiful dress.

I purchased this dress online for my July wedding.
I also got the lacing in light blue, not black.
The dress arrived in a tiny package and I thought, \\\"surely that isn\'t my dress!\\\"
but it was!
and it is gorgeous!
the zippers on the garment bag that came with it were broken, so the bag is no good, but the dress will be excellent for the wedding day, and I can get another garment bag.
The dress does need to be dry cleaned to get some wrinkles out, but it was packaged very well and very safely.
You can\'t beat the price!
I\'m 6\' tall, so I sent in my custom measurements, and the dress fits perfectly.
Any dress I would have to buy would have to be lengthened anyway, I LOVED the option to just send in my personal measurements and have the whole thing tailored just to me.
This dress is original and beautiful!

I just bought this dress. In the original design it doesn\'t have spaghetti straps but if you purchase this one, they include straps with it.. I just put my order two days ago.. I just love how gorgous this dress is..the back of this dress is pretty simple. It has longer train than I thought. If you would like to know - you can check out Aurora by Vera Wang Fall 2009 collection.

I am getting married on the 23rd October Tekuiti, New Zealand.
About 5 months ago I started to look for the wedding dress and thought that i would view the net as my first point of contact as you do I always wanted a black and white wedding dress so I knew what I wanted!
The first dress they came up onto my screen was the A-line-Strapless-Cathedral-Train-Satin-Wedding-Dress.
Even though it has the red trim in the photo I could see that with Black trim it would be a stunning dress and it was very much me, I could picture what it would look like.
From that day onwards I stopped looking and just raved about the dress to everyone.
The time came to order the dress and I was extremely nervous, made the payment and it was only a matter of time that my prefect dress would turn up.
I had the dress delivered to my work and when I took it out of the box it was simply breathtaking!
It was prefect, gorgeous and beautiful.
The finished product is a real credit to The Lightning Box people.
I don’t want to wear it it\'s that gorgeous lol, I put it on and it fitted like a glove and looked amazing to boot.

The dress is amazing. Just order dont be scared. and its fits perfectly.

I bought this dress after stumbling across this website early last year and it came through. The beading is very intricate, the fabric was heavy and definitely not cheap looking.
The measurements the dress came in were pretty accurate based on the measurements I gave them and I received the gown on time. I am very pleased with how the dress looked and it was a show stopper to say the least! Worth every penny.
