I bought this dress for our destination wedding to Belize this October! The dress is made very well! Yeah the flowers on the shoulder are a little on the cheap side and I will probably replace them closer to my wedding date. I bought the dress in ivory and looks just awesome! Can\'t wait to wear it on my wedding day! None of you ladies should be afraid to buy this dress, seriously!!

This dress is fabulous. The material is very good quality and there is a LOT of it! This dress must weigh a full five or seven pounds! I am not sure how to say this, but the actual assembly or \\\"seamstress work\\\" overwhelmed me. There are no exposed seams on this dress on the inside. What I mean is that the whole thing is lined and the inside is as nice looking as the outside! This dress rivals those that you would expect to find in very high end dress boutiques. The only thing that would make this dress seem even more \\\"rich\\\" is if all the beading was individual hand stitched rather than an appliqué. That being said, there is NOTHING \\\"cheesy\\\" about the appliqué. It is beautiful, but in the interest of full disclosure, that is the only thing that I could find that had any room for improvement. The prices on these dresses are so good that I ordered two different styles so I could pick which one I wanted and this dress blew the other one away! It FAR exceeded my expectations. I ordered a petticoat to go underneath this dress but it didn\'t need it. I also ordered this dress in ivory and the other in white and would highly recommend the ivory. The white was WHITE. It looked cheap. This ivory material was still very light and not \\\"yellow-y\\\"; it looked very expensive. Couple of notes about the ordering process/sizing: I paid extra to have this dress made to my measurements in the hopes of avoiding alterations upon receipt. The dress was still a little too loose and needed to be taken in some though, especially through waist and hips. I think that they do this on purpose because it was easily altered and it is way better to get a dress that needs to be taken in rather than one that is too small. I didn\'t have to alter the length at all. I am a tight size ten, loose size twelve in street clothes and am 5\'5\\\". I think it takes longer to have it custom made to your measurements but if you have the time and can afford the extra cost I think I would recommend it because the alterations were so easy to have done. There definitely wasn\'t a full overhaul needed which sometimes seems the case with off the rack dresses. I was cutting it close on the timeline and the customer service from mnbuy was OUTSTANDING! I didn\'t get emails daily or weekly but they did keep me posted on progress and when I started to get worried about the timing they responded quickly overnight to every inquiry and went out of their way to double check that I had selected the fastest shipping, etc. Their English isn\'t perfect but they are super nice and responsive. I ordered it on March 20, it shipped on April 23 and was at my door on April 27 with expedited shipping. Also, the dresses do come squashed in a box but for some reason this one wasn\'t all wrinkled. The other one I ordered was incredibly wrinkled. I don\'t know what the difference in material was, but this could have been worn without pressing. Hope this helps! I will try to get pics posted at some point. My other review isn\'t so glowing - search for Empire Halter Knee-length to see it.

In the beginning i was a little bit disapointed. I order it in champagne. I was expecting that the applique would also be in the same color but it turned out to be white. After a while i got used to it. After cut it to my figure it was looking quite nice. The applique was not exactly like in the picture, but it was well made.

We were a little hesitant to order, but the price was incredible, so we took the chance. We didn\'t realize the dress was made to order and we could have submitted her measurements, so we choose a standard size. The dress came within the time stated and it was beautiful! We are very pleased with the dress. We wish we had sent in measurements, because we did have to alter it some, but she is going to be a lovely bride. We turned around and ordered her veil from mnbuy.com as we were so pleased.

As promised, i attached pictures here. The only thing that we should be aware it\'s the size. I\'m used to US size 4-6 according to the chart. Yet I\'m hourglass shape lady, thus I follow my guts to order Ivory Size 8, and it\'s still pretty tight. I think I should exercise a bit to tone up my shape :
One thing, it has built-in bra and strap thus you don\'t have to wear bra and still perfectly find. Yet better to order bigger size / custom size for your convenience :

I was wondering if the panel underneath the lace back would be easily removable??
As in- is it a true lace-up back, or are there any hidden zippers??

This dress is exactly like the picture except flowers were replaced with the rhine stones. I had it sent to my office, so I have not yet tried it on, but the quality and material is gorgeous. Despite all the bad reviews this website has been given, Light House has been prompt in answering my inquiries, got the dress to me in the time promised and gave me my perfect wedding dress. I recommend this sight and this dress to everyone. I will post a picture when I get home. I am off to buy another cocktail dress!

I custom ordered this dress 9/27/09 and received it today on 10/15/09. I was worried it wouldn\'t make it here for my wedding on 11/14/09 so I purchased the 3-5 day shipping. I gave them my measurements and they followed them perfectly. I am on the taller side so it was nice to just send my measurements and have them take care of everything.


The dress is beautiful. I got it in ivory. It is well made and elegant. It will need to be steamed out before I wear it for sure, but who doesn\'t do that before the big day?

I was a little unsure about ordering a dress online but when I got the dress it was beautiful.
The workmanship was amazing and the attention to detail was great.

I just got this dress in the mail today and it is incredibly beautiful. The fit is perfect too! The bottom of the dress does have a bit more poof to it than it appears to in the picture,which is fine with me because im having a fairytale wedding.I ordered it in ivory and the color is great,it doesnt look dingy like some of the ivories i\'ve seen, just a little more warm than a pure white. The dress is a hundred times prettier in person,and the details are amazing.It looks like I should\'ve paid ten times more for it. Im very satisfied and plan on ordering more wedding accessories from this site. :

I bought this dress in March 2010 and received in the post 4 weeks later. I decided to not get it custom sized as I thought it would be better to get it altered once I received it as I knew even if I had ordered the custom size it wouldnt guarantee it would be perfect anyway.
I did need to get a couple of minor things done to it but wasnt costly. Overall its still was a very cheap dress.
I got married in September and the dress was amazing, very elegant and flattering. and the train being removable was excellent for the evening. No pettycoats needed either.

Juste pour dire à la futur mariée que si elle hésite, qu\'elle ne le fasse pas trop longtemps...J\'ai commandé cette robe et elle est tout simplement sublime, encore mieux que sur la photo, je ne regrette absolument pas !
Elle est assez ample, pas besoin de jupon avec cerceaux.
Très imposante, on ne se rend pas trop compte sur la photo, mais elle est ample et avec une bonne traine
Les tulles ne sont pas applati, ce qui préserve l\'aspect gonflant de la robe !!
Le bustier est serti de petites perles brillantes et il est
épais de qualité, tout comme la robe !
La robe n\'est pas seulement belle, mais de qualité tissus épais, plusieurs jupons en tissus dessous!!
j\'avais commandé une taille au dessus de peur que le bustier soit trop près du corps, mais finalement elle taille assez grande, j\'aurai du prendre ma taille, HEUREUSEMENT pour éviter les retours, le vendeur à prévu des maintiens élastiques avec 3 niveaux de réglage pour resserer le bustier si trop grand !!!!
Foncer, ya pas de souci, elle est trop belle !!!!!!!!!!!!!
