Can I question the sizes... I am a UK size 12 yet I feel if I choose the size 8 US that the waist will not be big enough - I am a 31.5 waist but always fit in UK 12 - should I go custom made, but this costs more...?

I just got my size 10us and it fits everywhere but in the waist but I plan on losing weight but I would take measurements and special order it. Go by the size chart for sure. If your measurements are true to the size 6 us then order that if not then I would give them your measurements. Hope I helped. I wish I would have just done that instead of ordering a normal size.

I should say the gown is wonderful. All my friends asked me where to get it, and our photographer loves it too.The quality is comparable to any _$800 gowns in store. Excellent product!

The train IS detachable though personally I felt it needs more
security to where the train detaches.
I am reluctant to post a picture of myself in this dress only a few more areas to tone, but i must say, the photo is a real depiction of the dress.
I will post pictures in a few months.

You list her measurements as a guide, but without knowing the size she\'s wearing, it doesn\'t help very much.

Thius dress is absolutely beautiful and fits perfectly, the side is gathered, not held up by the models hand and the detail on the back at the bottom of the lace up is gorgeous, I\'m soo happy with the fit and look of the dress, the only let down is that there is no loop or button to hold to the train up.
Apart from that exceptionally happy with it.

Wow!!! My dress which I ordered in Champangne arrived today and blew me away...it is absolutely gorgeous..It is so well made and fits like a glove. I ordered the American sizing and was worried it wouldn\'t fit. I would recommend this company and this product to anyone who would listen. I received my dress and am very happy. The train looks far better than the picture. It is sewn as a part of the dress...not an attachment. I chose for a sized option rather than tailored and it was very accurate. Just need some minor alterations to shorten the straps and take it up an inch or two. Recommend this dress! High quality.

Hi, i\'ve got my dress and it\'s nice with or without a hoop, the hoop creates quiet a bit of \\\"poof\\\" and it\'s a little more like a ball gown. Without is slim but it little harder to walk in. I\'d advise a hoop to dance in you can take it off again

I ordered the dress custom size on 10/20 with expedited shipping and got it yesterday 10/28- only took 2 days to ship from China to Boston, and the shipping costs were so reasonable!!
The dress is spectacular- better than in the pictures.
Materials are high quality- my only complaint is that where the beadwork is on the tulle- there are a lot of untrimmed strings- easy enough to fix.
The dress fits me like a glove- I am glad I chose the custom option.
I highly recommend this website.

i bought this dress and it is really gorgeous, though the flowers are a bit smaller than in the picture and it is in the middle..i just realized that i ordered satin but when it arrived it wasnt satin ..it looks like matte satin organza. But overall it fits like a glove.. im ordering another wedding dress for next year as well.

How long will it take to arrive ?

well, i said i would post a review when my dress arrived and so here i am. The workmanship on the gown is A+ cannot fault it . It is very well made . ok, in regards to the previous post , The train is considerably long, i like it but i would say it is around 1 to 1.5 mtrs long. now some things to be aware of: Be very careful picking your colour. I chose champagne and it is ALOT darker than i expected. I can live with it. Another is that, In the picture of the gown the back of it comes down to a \'v\' . Mine does not, it is straight across. also the detailing under the bustline is not really detailing as it is more like applique. but thats cool i am putting my own beading on. All in All the gown is nice. i kinda wish i chose ivory because the champagne is more like tan. the shipping was excellent. so quick and it came with a garment bag as well something i didnt get with the last dressmaking company i chose. I also received a free veil with my order and it is beautiful . I cant wear it though because my gown is tan and the veil is white white. but is is really stunning.so there you go . i like the dress but i just have to change my flowers to match better now. nice work. very well made.

Elle est très belle!!
La broderie est ravissante.
J\'ai opté pour le sur mesure: mission accomplie.
En l\'essayant, j\'ai vu que le ourlet du bas, au devant de la robe, avait un léger problème: la doublure était plus longue que le dessus et était visible.
Finalement, le problème était plus complexe. Il nous a fallu reprendre l\'ourlet du bas au complet!!!
Il comporte 3 épaisseurs de tissu et celle du milieu était inégale, parfois trop longue de presque 2 pouces.
Cela créait des bosses partout où nous devions reprendre l\'ourlet. Bien que le problème n\'était pas majeur, il a nécessité une journée de travail de minutie afin de couper les excédents, ajuster les longueurs des 3 tissus, reprendre l\'ourlet,...
Heureusement que nous avions des connaissances en couture!!!
Je commanderais tout de même encore sur ce site, mais pas pour les accessoires: décevant sac à main aux perles manquantes, manteau de \\\"fourrure\\\" aux
manches trop courtes et de couleur trop jaune pour la robe.
Livraison rapide, mais le service après vente l\'est beaucoup moins.
On efface mes messages moins positifs et on tarde à me donner des infos pour les produits défectueux...

I had no idea where to even begin looking for a wedding dress, so at first, I just browsed pictures on line to get an idea of te styles I liked. My mom found this site and told me to check it out. I saw this dress and a couple others I really loved and I got some opinions from my friends. In the end, I chose this dress because it looked so elegant and, I must admit, reminded me of Belle from Beauty and the Beast. I LOVED the color in the picture because it looked gold to me my colors are gold and ivory, but it is called champagne, so I ordered a fabric swatch before the dress and had some shipping issues due to air mail. The champagne color was much lighter than the rich gold I wanted, so I ordered my dress in ivory and plan to have the bridesmaids wear gold instead. The quality of the dress is very good. I only noticed a couple things I would have changed. One of the swoops on the skirt was a bit uneven easily fixed by a seamstress and the lacing at the very top looks a little rough in some spots, but I\'ll have that fixed too. Other than that, it is absolutely gorgeous. Just keep in mind, my dress did not have the embellishments on the skirt that are seen in the picture and the train was longer than I anticipated though, I actually prefer it the way I got it!. It\'s definitely worth the price...and the wait!

I love love love this dress!
I wore it for my september beach wedding.
It is very flattering on the waistline, and feels like a million bucks! I\'m still getting complements on my dress. I did shorten it a bit, and have a few alterations done.
The zipper was plastic so it was a little weak. If you really want it to suck you in I recommend a metal one : Everything else was perfect!
