I herewith send a short message to inform you that my complaint about the size of my wedding dress have finally been solved. We concluded that there was a communication problem with sending the pictures and therefore customers service did not get the information they needed. We agreed on having it repaired in the Netherlands and that I get a compensation for the costs of altering. I will send you pictures when it is finished. I have now ordered matching silver shoes and purse. Thank you.

I am a mature bride and struggled to find a dress that would compliment my figure curvey and be appropriate for my destination wedding in NYC, Central Park.

This is such a cute dress! I love it. It would be great if you offered it in a longer version too for those that can\'t wear it at the knee. If you could do below the knee, calf length, or full to the floor length would be awesome!

I ordered my dress on June 5th and received it today, June 23rd :o For references\' sake, I live on the East Coast of Canada.



My boyfriend and I are eloping to Florida in October for a beach wedding and I fell in love with this dress....and didn\'t read the million awful reviews out there until AFTER I had ordered it, so I was extremely nervous about it.



I got it today and I have to say, I am VERY impressed with my $99 dress, as were my parents and older brother. It is built so sturdy, with lots of under layering and boning on the corset, not to mention a built in bra which is incredibly important for bigger chested ladies like myself in a strapless. My only real complaint is that while the dress is built VERY sturdy, the beading seems a little loose and I am worried about some of it falling off on or before my big day.



Other than that, it\'s ankle length on me, which I knew all along since I stand at only 5\'2. I ordered a standard size 4 which fits me like a glove and is VERY accurate for measurements. Like everyone else on this site, I\'ll emphasize that you should be very correct in your measurements. If I had\'ve tried a 2 it would be way too tight to zip up and a 6 would be much too loose. If you\'re neither size, I\'d recommend the custom sizing, as you don\'t want to tumble out of your strapless dress. You really need proper sizing to benefit from the built in bra.



Be prepared to wait a month for your dress. if you don\'t have a month to wait, don\'t order! That seems to be the biggest complaint I\'m seeing online. I ordered in tons of time and I\'m super happy about my dress.

Is it possible to get this dress with no belt? If not is it easy to remove by myself or tailor? I would like to use a totally different looking belt with the dress.

Perfect quality and cut! Just in one week they sew it up and transmit!

I just got my dress delivered last week.
First of all I have to say that it is gorgeous! far more beautiful than the photos.
Materials are amazing and it is very well made and finished.
From stage one everything was on time and I could check my order on the website very easily.
Delivery was very profesional and the dress got here in an excellent state.
Now I would just like to point out a couple of things that weren\'t so good
1.- My dress was customized and though the lenght is perfect, it\'s far too big on breast and waist. I was expecting maybe an inch difference but it\'s more than 2 inches and now I\'m a bit worried about getting it fixed. I need to find the right person to do it cos i don\'t want it ruined.
2.- This is not as important but still, my mum ordered it wrapped and with a few words on a card. She paid for it and it arrived without the wrapping or the card.
All in all, the dress is wonderful and I have to say that the process has been very profesional. I will buy again from this website though I\'m not sure if customizing it is worth it.

I recently purchased this wedding dress for my daughter as well as two bridesmaid dresses. I also purchased a veil and head piece. The dresses were very well put together and the maternity wedding dress was wonderful .I was very nervous about what kind of quality I was purchasing and was pleasantly surprised. The headpiece and veil was gorgeous. We order several weeks in advance to make sure it was here in time to find that delivery was very expediate. I will in the future purchase from this site again

Ordered this dress in silver & it arrived 3 weeks later fitting perfectly. It is worth paying the little bit extra to have it made to measure. The quality of the dress is amazing, to buy the same locally UK would have cost me hundreds. Felt I was taking a risk buying a dress online but I would highly recommend it.

I received my dress and it is gorgeous! The bolero is really tacky though....
There were a few loose strings where the lace is sewn on dress, but I am assuming I can just cut them off to make it a little more polished. Those of you who have suggested a petticoat, I agree I am going to order one - it will help it puff out and make it the perfect princess gown.

I just got my dress today!! So glad I ordered it!! It really looks much better with a petty coat under it.... some people said that it came with extra beads but mine didnt.... but all the beatings on the dress is beautiful and it fits so well!!!

I ordered this dress & did the custom measurements & I absolutely love it. It is to big, but with minor alterations it should be fine.I would seriously order it one size smaller than what youractual measurements are I loved this dress!! It looks so much better in person than it does in the picture. There is alot of beading & rhinestones on the bodice & its sewn with silver thread. If your looking for a dress that is not expensive but LOOKS like you spend thousands, this is your dress!

I spent ages debating whether to get this dress as its for such an important occasion. I am so glad i did it is better than the picture the train is part of the dress and does not stand out like the picture indicates. However be very careful measuring to make sure you get the correct size mine will need a small adjustment to fit correctly. And if you are short beware it is very long I am 5\'10 and it is on the floor which is fab for me but may be too long for shorter people. Overall a fab buy.

This dress is perfect! I was a bit skeptical about buying my wedding dress online, but it is perfect! The dress is very well made and good quality materials were used. The size that I ordered was pretty acurate too - just a minor change needed in the bust area.

Thius dress is absolutely beautiful and fits perfectly, the side is gathered, not held up by the models hand and the detail on the back at the bottom of the lace up is gorgeous, I\'m soo happy with the fit and look of the dress, the only let down is that there is no loop or button to hold to the train up.
Apart from that exceptionally happy with it.

ich kann das kleid nur empfehlen. es ist sehr sch?n und elegant vom schnitt und man kann noch dazu nicht viel falsch machen. es ist so unkompliziert. du kannst grossen schmuck, kleinen schmuck, handschuhe, schleier oder eben nichts dazu tragen und du siehst bezaubernt aus. ich hatte bloss edlen schmuck dazu an und erntete ein kompliment am andern. sogar die m?nner waren begeistert und fanden gerade das schlichte und einfache sehr bezaubernt.
mein mann weinte fast vor freude und glück, als er mich in dem kleid in die kirche spazieren sah.
ich fühlte mich grossartig.
auch die qualit?t hat mich überzeugt. nochdazu war das kleid sehr schnell bei mir.
